As your Medical Home we want to remind you to think of us first when you have a medical need. We also have same day sick visits available in both offices. If you are sure that you would like to be seen, you can press 0 to speak with the Front Desk and schedule an appointment. If you are unsure about what you should do, a Triage Nurse is available to discuss your concerns. When the office is closed we have an answering service with a Triage Nurse who can answer your questions and contact the doctor on call for further advice.
If your child has on-going concerns (examples: headaches, stomachaches, fatigue) these are best addressed at a scheduled sick appointment. If you feel an extended visit may be necessary please be sure to request additional time with the provider when you schedule your appointment.
